Body painting is just like a temporary tattoo. It can only last for a short period of time. When body painting is applied to the face then it is referred to as face painting. When the paint is applied to the whole body or to a large portion of the body then it is known as body painting.

Then there is is NYC Bodypainting Day where legitimate artists and not so legitimate models try to convince everyone that as long as bodies are painted, nudity is lawful art.
For the first time in my life I started paying attention to what was giving me energy, and what was draining it. This is when I rediscovered my love for art and became a body painter. I then photograph the models in front of the paintings, and frame them in such a way that it is hard to identify where the body ends and the artwork starts.
